The Sigora Solar Electrician will perform photovoltaic power system tie ins on residential and commercial projects, apply knowledge of NEC, be a resource for field operations to consult with regarding code requirements and AHJ expectations, and act as quality control for electrical work being done by field operations. They will coordinate with various jurisdictions and utilities to ensure Sigora tie in methods are both up to code and acceptable to the utilities. Must be willing to work occasional weekends and overnight out of town. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Job Description

Overview

The Director of Sales and Marketing will report to the CEO and will manage a company-wide team of Sales Managers and sales leaders ensuring that Sigora’s residential and commercial sales budgets are met or exceeded. S/he will develop marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, track results and manage associated budgets. This role will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and delivering required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing sales team work load.  While not a requirement, the ideal candidate will have experience from a solar energy company or door to door / canvassing team management. The ideal candidate must have experience with direct sales, Business Development, lead generation, creation and management of marketing and advertising campaigns and budgets, have stellar communication skills, and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. The director will build and manage long term key customer relationships/partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is based in Virginia. Relocation to Virginia is required and relocation expenses are available for the ideal candidate.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and delivering required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing sales team work load
